Pierre has over 35 years of experience in asset management and financial services. He joined us in 2022 to lead our Luxembourg operations, following a career spent building high performing organisations and navigating complex regulatory environments. He previously co founded Luxembourg Investment Solutions (FundRock LIS S.A.), establishing it as a leading management company platform for alternative investments. Earlier roles include equity partner at EY Luxembourg and senior positions at Arthur Andersen, Arthur D. Little, and UBS. He serves on the committee for investment fund managers at the CSSF and sits on the boards of several private equity and real estate funds. He holds an MA in Economics and a doctorate in Finance.

Kavitha is a member of Apex’s senior and regional executive leadership teams, serving as Fundrock LIS CEO and Head of Luxembourg Third Party Manco business. With 30 years in financial services, she joined Apex after the Maitland acquisition in 2022, having previously held senior roles at Maitland where she established its Luxembourg third-party management company. Kavitha sits on the board of ALFI and several Luxembourg investment funds and group companies.

Ralph is responsible for Risk Management and Valuation. He joined FundRock LIS from First Climate Asset Management S.A., where he was managing director. Prior to that, Ralph spent many years in Senior Risk Management and managerial positions at leading property specialist bank Aareal Bank, Dublin Branch, and Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International S.A. Ralph holds a degree in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim (Germany).

Philip is Regional Head of Compliance for Europe at Apex Group, with over 25 years of international experience across asset servicing, asset management, insurance, regulation, central banking, and investment banking. He has held senior roles at Fidelity International, GAM Investments, Amova Asset Management, AIG, the FCA, the European Central Bank, JP Morgan, and Euroclear. He specialises in enterprise-wide regulatory and financial crime compliance, particularly within investment funds, and has performed regulated functions across Luxembourg, Ireland, the UK, the US, and Guernsey. He is CSSF-approved as a conducting officer for FundRock LIS and a member of EU ESMA's Investment Management Standing Committee Consultative Working Group. Philip is qualified as a lawyer in both the UK and the US and holds an MBA from INSEAD, an LLM from Boston University, and a law degree from KU Leuven.

Wilfried is a Managing Director, Conducting Officer, and member of the management committee at FundRock LIS, part of Apex Group, with over eight years of experience in the alternative assets industry. He is responsible for portfolio management, including the implementation of regulated and unregulated Luxembourg alternative investment funds and investment decision-making across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt transactions. He also serves as a board director for several unregulated real estate and private equity funds with assets across Europe, North America, and Asia. He holds a Master's in Applied Economics (Finance) from Shanghai University, an Engineering Degree in Accounting, and a Bachelor in Finance and Accounting from ESCAE/INPHB in Ivory Coast. He is a native French speaker, fluent in English and Chinese, with intermediate German.
