FundRock LIS will help you to set up the Management Company and provide capacities (staff, IT, HR, compliance, etc.). The client can then apply for an AIFM license in their own right and takes over the core function of Portfolio Management, delegating and outsourcing Risk Management and ongoing compliance work to FundRock LIS. The new AIFM can be „hosted“ on the FundRock LIS platform, assuming its domicile and drawing from its capacities and infrastructure.
